Use http://na.op.gg/ to get her name. While you won't be able to report Shyvana, you could hold onto the name as a reference for future encounters. I used to hold a list of 100+ players and it got to a point where I just gave up and deleted the list, because I was unable to play half the matches I got into. This was back when League wasn't so big, though.
I agree with AxeFresh. Since afks and leavers, are punished by a difference system. You should keep the name on record for future encounters. So you know to dodge or something to improve your rank/norm experience.
