"We're not going to win anyways"

Having a teammate or 2 socialize with an enemy team and throwing the game is so annoying. Would it be count as inting? Had a blitz that would pull a full health xayah into our 20hp lucian and said "Lol, i love you xayah" and proceeded to make jokes with our enemy xayah. Running into a 1-5 and ulted then die and say "Aw man lol"

I asked blitz why was he inting and he said "We weren't going to win anyways". His kda was 2/13/7 so it didn't look like he was actually inting. And then i had a poppy smash into me but blitz ran passed me letting me die. I said "Blitz wtf. u let me die to poppy you didn't help" and he said "To get Xayah."

Blitz just tried to get this Xayah's attention and asked to be friends with her after. it was clear that this xayah didn't care but this blitz kept throwing the game just for this xayah. He would leave teamfights, bring the xayah into low allies, and ulted out of no where. How do i deal with a player like this???

A defeatist behavior is something I despise but I dont think its bannable. Unless they are giving away your team positions, throwing etc, im not sure there is much you can do.

It sucks, doesn't it?! But outside of reporting the player for griefing - giving up - he is just having fun. It's not popular to think that, but he is here like us all to have fun and to win. In these cases, it is better to just /mute all and to focus on objectives and making the plays that can make a comeback. I've seen people like him that simply start to try because there is a quick triple kill from someone they were griefing and it gives them hope. Also, it appears your anger was comical to him and he was just laughing at you, especially when he noticed you being tilted by him not speaking with you. It's better to just focus on the game, let him do whatever he wants and try to overcome it and don't put yourself in a position that you are just feeding into it. GL HF.

You can't. Riot protects him and surpresses you in these scenarios. Unless he's blatantly griefing, you can't do anything.
