Not being able to remake a ranked game

How does the rework system work? I had an afk in my ranked game. He started the game without any items, he wasn't moving and we knew he was afk. We waited for the remake vote to come up and when it didn't i just did "/remake" and all it told me was that this player was connected and we weren't able to remake it. I thought it was kinda dumb? My team and I were forced to play a 4 v 5 ranked game and I lost 14lp. This doesn't seem fair that I had to lose lp over this. I wasn't able to remake.

Can I get my lp back pls? lmao or am I just gonna have to continue with the missing 14lp and I'll have to understand that there's a chance I'll be forced to do a 4 v 5 ranked game once in a while lmao.

So according to what i know, someone in your team was afk (before the 3minute mark) and then reconnected (before the 3 minute mark)? Im pretty sure how it works is that if they reconnect before 3 minute, the remake system will collapse because it counts that they have come back to play the game. Dont take anything i say next offensive or anything, but players in low elo usually struggle because of their skills, pc hardware, or just wifi connection in general. I totally understand you, but the chance of you getting back your LP is impossible.

You'll never get that LP back. For whatever reason, sometimes the remake feature does not work. Nothing you can do about it.

Idk how it works exactly. But I do know youre gonna have to live with 14 less LP for the rest of your life. Good luck.
