I didn't lie about my ping

I play on a MacBook Air so when my ping reaches like, 200ms nothing moves. It's just how my laptop works. I bought this laptop before i discovered league so that's why i just have it on a Macbook. It works most of the time. Sometimes i get really bad lag spikes.

So I played a game as a Sona, and my ping was switching from 42ms-700ms and i'd ping it a lot. to make sure my team sees it and don't dive into botlane when i'm lagging. So My duo partner and I had finished our lane with a good kda of 0/1/3 and 3/1/0. I press tab and see this

Top: 2/9/3 Mid: 0/9/2 Jg: 5/11/2

My entire team fed. our jg was okay, he just didn't have anyone to rely on. but Top and mid bashed my duo partner and I for not grouping with them. So I went to group with them and I died because during combat my ping had jumped to 130ms. My toplaner had called me a liar for pretending to "lag" even tho i pinged my ping. so he told the enemy team. and they agreed with him :/

Enemy toplaner said "I play on an old dell and my ping is always at 200 and i'm fine. Stop making excuses" Like??? Are you playing on my macbook? no. My macbook lags at 200 pings I'm not pretending to lag. But at the end i ended up 4/2/4 and toplane said i constantly "qqqq" I don't think he knows how sona works. I had several players who told me in past games that I should "get over" my lag??
