How often do you get harassed and/or raged at in ranked?

I'm just curious I personally just mute people that have no idea what they're talking about or are just general asses. If they are asses I just report them after the game and move on to the next game and hope that everyone in that game is decent to each other. Nothing loses a game harder for your team than bitching at a teammate because they somehow get killed. I think that its loses the game for the team because 9 times out of 10 it leads to a keyboard warrior battle which takes away from the gameplay and everyone's experience then becomes shit. I bring this up because I think Riot needs to be more aware of just how many people there are that troll. The question still stands though, how often do you encounter trolls and/or harassholes?
