client IP value not true

I clearly have enough IP according to my IP value in the top right and yet it says I can't buy the +1.5% increased health rune. I have tried relogging into the game but that hasn't worked. Idk how to get it to show my true IP value. It also has done this with RP and the game never updates to how much I actually have. I just kind of have to guess. I'm getting very tired of not being able to buy things because the values in the top right are incorrect. pls fix.
