Cheating in League of Legends

WHY hasn't Riot done anything to prevent the rampant cheating within this game? Websites like [EDITED] among others have been up since the beginning of the game and riot has done.... NOTHING. The rampant and obvious use of Bots in any game pre lvl 30 and the use of scripts has ruined this game. I get the feeling the only thing that Riot cares about is the LCS and the Esports they desperately are trying to get into with ESPN.

I really can't wait until a game that's worth while comes out so i can finally kiss off a game company that does NOT care about 90% of their user base.
