Looking for a Team

Have to say, LoL is not fun playing in pick up groups. The varied skill levels as well as the toxicity of the pug community has me very frustrated. I'm not even going to claim to be a good player, I've got allot of growing and need to get much better if i'm going to be an asset to a team. However, I like playing Support and am willing to fill at Mid and ADC. I've played LoL for way longer then is probably healthy but many of those years were played in ARAM which set some bad habit's i'm trying to break.

Ok so where's what i'm looking for A team on the WEST COAST A team that can help me grow into a much better player A team that has almost NO toxicity A team that communicates well has a good time but with the end goal being way more winning the loosing A team that is Mature, that doesn't mean you need to be 46 like me, but you should be able to communicate like a decent, respectable and mature person Finally, A 'TEAM' That means you understand what the word means and that you'll support each other, you'll understand people have strengths and weaknesses and you'll help them as they help you.

What I'm willing to give I'll be a strong teammate, I wont give up and I wont abandon you. Show me you got my back and I'll do everything I can to be between you and the enemy. I'll commit my Time. As we are all busy this is something that can't be understated. I'll be on 5 nights a week and i'll strive to get better each game. I'm a generally positive person and putting other people down is definately not my thing, I'll suggest, and nudge, i'll even tease, but all in good fun to help you and I work together.
