Influx of Chinese Players Not Communicating

I'm gonna start this by saying some of you will call me a racist (which I'm not) or an idiot, or a stupid bronzie. Sure I'm bronze, but it doesn't invalidate my opinion on how players should not speak be only using mandarin or cantonese in game. If you would like to look through my match history, you can see a few recent games with players on my team that have chinese names. These players were unwilling to speak english while using the NA server, even though there are two chinese servers and its quite obvious they have high ping from being away from NA. This is not the first, third or even 10th time I've encountered players like this. Some of them afk for random moments of time, although this happens with any kind of player, these ones do not explain why, or apologize, only continue to speak a separate language. Sometimes they intent feed, which happened to me during a game recently because I asked them not to leave me to get snowballed in lane, as usually these 4 man premade or 3 mans only help each other and do not explain intentions with english. This is clearly a problem, and just because it happens in low ELO doesn't mean it doesn't matter. The majority of players are low ELO, and people who are intentionally being a negative in games for other players should not go unpunished. I won't name names because 1) its against boards rules and 2) there's more than just a few specific ones. This is not an attack on all chinese players on NA server, I'm certain most are nice people who try their best to use english and incorporate non-chinese players into their plans during the game. This is simply a post to make someone at Riot aware of this, as even though it seems like its only a problem for me, it is 100% certain that these players play more games while still not using english with other players who just want to have a fun time, not be left out and have their experience ruined.

Regardless of what many will say about how I'm just "unskilled" or the "bad guy in this situation", I want all those reading to keep an open mind about this issue, as if you are low ELO, you are bound to eventually get someone like those described above in a game.

These players were unwilling to speak english while using the NA server

No one is required to speak in a language you understand. And despite what you may think, english is not the only spoken language in the US

Same as no one on the EUW servers can demand that his teammets speak French/German/Polish/English/Italian/Spanish/Suomi/Swedish/Greek/Danish/Gaelic

...some of them afk for random moments of time... ...Sometimes they intent feed,... ...intentionally being a negative in games for other players...

Sorry, but what do you expect on Bronze ELO? This has nothing to do with language my friend.

I want all those reading to keep an open mind about this issue,

As open minded as you are, when you demand that everyone speaks english?

There were a ton of them in Plat last season. I agree that it is a problem, but Riot and the community here have no problem with it.

Dude you'd think you can get them to talk in English, I can't even get them to talk when I greet them in Chinese lol.

For some it's just a completely different gaming culture coming from China where not talking is actually a good norm (focusing on gameplay); for others it's inadequate English skills (you would stop noticing these patch after they learn and use English.) And also there are some who are chat restricted (lmao).
