i wish that your que time would go down if you played X amount of games without leaving like if you have a 20min timer and you play 30 games without leaving you would go down to 5 but you still stay at 20.

It does go down if you play a certain amount of games without leaving/disconnecting. However, the number of games needed to play is quite a bit, and I'm fairly certain it's a lot more than 30 games.
It actually does, but its a lot of games. You will get a notification if/when your status improves.
30 games without leaving isn't a lot. Also if you had multiple 20 minute low priority queues you could be very deep in the hole.
