Riot should really look into some psychology courses. (Not trying to be rude).

First of all, many many people have smurfs... Multiple smurfs... While so many people in League are toxic, punishing them via banning is only going to actually make it worse. I personally know my main, has all my skins and champs and runes. So I try hard and actually play on my main. But when my main is banned (I'm being punished), it actually creates a sense of not caring. If I cannot play on my main, why not troll and not even try? When animals misbehave, you cannot punish them or they will psychologically change and overtime become aggressive / or other things that are negative.

Discipline, is used to teach and guide people in the right way of what is expectorated to be right. Punishment is using force to try to manipulate/ control someone into becoming what you want of them. Chat bans are cool. Afk Timers are cool. Banning peoples accounts will just make them feed/ be more toxic.

Riot Games, I advise you to please go look online at some Punishment Vs Discipline research / articles and educate yourselves. You guys are actually creating a more toxic / negative environment for league. Not the players.

You do realize multiple people at Riot have PhDs in areas related to those you describe? For instance, Riot Lyte, who used to head the Player Behavior System, had one.

Anyone can go to college, study and complete the lessons and get their diploma. Doesn't mean they know how to use it.

Your whole post was predicated on telling Riot to take courses and now you're immediately saying courses don't matter.

Also, there is a dramatic difference between an undergraduate education and a doctoral-level education. For the latter, you cannot just "complete the lessons" and wind up with a PhD from a credible program.

If you really want to learn about the issues you're describing, there is a great resource in Google Scholar that provides some access to peer-reviewed/academic research. If you're at a university yourself, you can use PsycINFO for greater access.

Uh, are you stupid? That's obviously why everyone has a PhD, right? Oh wait.
