Trolling Support

So I go into a draft game to complete some missions. I get jungle role and lock in rengar. Our support claims that he's a roaming support and that the adc should be able to handle the lane on their own, and by the responses I saw, several of the players were previously queue'd with him and had a bad experience. The support locks in garen and takes smite. As soon as the game starts, I ask for help with red buff. Our adc comes to help me, but garen completely ignores us and goes to the opponent's top side jungle to steal their red. We get invaded, I die for first blood and they take my red buff, because we had one less champ helping out. Later on, the support, just as he said, spends 90% of his time roaming, while also stealing my camps in front of me via smite, even after repeatedly being asked not to. He builds jungle items and basically plays my role, while I'm unable to do anything because I'm behind in levels and exp because he's stealing my camps. The entire game I was only able to get 1 kill of a gank, but died in the process. I asked several times to surrender the game because the garen was not only making it impossible for me to play, he was also refusing to support the MF, making it impossible for her to CS and by the end of the game she was a solid 100 CS behind, and he himself was feeding the enemy team. But, of course, we also had a teemo on our team, who kept refusing to surrender, along with the garen, making the game twice as long as it should've been. I would simply report this in-game, but the character limit only lets me explain 1/4 of what he did. Not sure where to actually report players here on the forum, but at least here people will see it. The entire game was just frustration for me. I wasted half an hour, completed no missions, was unable to do anything, and we lost. A full waste of my time, and honestly, doesn't make me want to queue again.
