What is the difference between permanently suspended and permanently banned accounts?

I was just wondering what the difference is or what each one means. i assume both mean you can't play on your account.

Perm Suspended if usually for things like a charge back or suspected hacked account. You can get those taken care of by talking to support.

A Permaban means your account is lost to you. The only way to get that back is if the ban was given in error.

A permanent suspension means that the account (or player) in question is suspended until further notice. These usually can be overturned either by reaching a specified in advanced date or just by contesting the ban (the latter of which is usually by paying the amount needed for a chargeback ban or just verifying that the account is actually yours in the case of a hacked or compromised ban).

A permanent ban means that the account is gone for good and can never be gotten back by the original owner of the account in question there.

While Necromancy may be handy (and sometimes needed) in video games, it's not the case for old forum threads. Please avoid using such magic and be mindful of how old threads are before posting.

Feel free to contact us at the Moderation Discord or at Discuss the Boards for any questions, comments or concerns about this. Thank you and have a good day.
