We should allow people to gift people with IP for those with huge amounts of IP.
We need an IP sink or to let us gift people champions with our IP. Rito please i have over 121K IP

Since you brought up IP sinks after you have everything, it made me think of one;
- Allow smurf accounts to be linked to your main
- IP can be transferred from the main to any smurf account (not the other way around)
Riot neither supports nor condemns smurfing and want a better alternative to it. Giving incentive to link the accounts would help and give possible benefits like this. It's obviously not giving IP to other people, but it does give it a use.
There is a huge reason they haven't done this; there is probably enough built-up IP for players who have everything to the point where they can just gift all of it to their friends. And then their friends would have everything.
That DOUBLES the amount of useless IP that comes in, and makes it almost useless to grind and play the game for it, you don't need it.
I think they should make refund tokens buy-able with IP, so you can at least pleasure yourself with the buy and re-buy limbo cycle if you have too much to share, or you can just change your name again and again and again and again...
