There a way I can privately speak with a Rioter?

This is probably a long shot, but I would honestly like to talk about something regarding out of game stuff.

And no, it doesn't have to do with anything URF/Draven related. Promise.

Again I doubt this will get replied to, mainly for the fact that if you do to this one you'd have to do it to everyone and their mother who asked to talk to a Rioter, so if not that's completely understandable.
