How long will it take to unlock honor?

Last time i got chat restricted it took like 5 games but now i played 10 or so and still haven't unlocked it. Can someone tell me when it will get unlocked also do you think i can get honor lvl 2 at the end of season (i'm honor lvl 1 btw)
