So...As title suggests.. I got banned for no reason yesterday, I sent a ticket. I got this back.

"The account has been reported to be involved in fraudulent activities. As this violates our Terms of Use, we unfortunately had to permanently suspend your account.

You can find the following paragraphs in our Terms of Use under IV. Fees:

"All fees and charges are payable in accordance with payment terms in effect at the time the fee or the charge becomes payable. If there is a dispute regarding payment of fees to, or Game rendered by, Riot Games, Your Account may be closed without warning or notice at the sole discretion of Riot Games.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ANY APPLICABLE FEES AND OTHER CHARGES FOR FEE-BASED SERVICES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, RIOT POINTS (AS DEFINED BELOW)) ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE AND NOT REFUNDABLE IN WHOLE OR IN PART. YOU ARE FULLY LIABLE FOR ALL CHARGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT, INCLUDING ANY UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES."

If you believe this incident to be a miscommunication or an error on our end, please feel free to explain the situation to me.

Please let me know if you have any other questions."

I still don't understand, did I chargeback on paypal (what i use) or what happened? If its chargeback I'm happy to repay it back to riot.

Head over to the repay tool and see if there is an outstanding balance from a chargeback. That's the quickest way to see if that's what it is. Otherwise you'll want to reply to the ticket for more info;

That sounds like a chargeback issue. Usually, if you resolve the chargeback issue then they remove the ban. Keep talking to player support about it.

Okay, what you need to do is contact Riot, tell them you know why your account was banned because you received this email copy and paste it in a quote, let them know someone else had your account, and find out what happened, and if there is anything you could do to get your account back...

Riot can give back the account if they wish regardless of what happened, You could ask if they could reverse anything that someone might have bought with your account, or if it isn't a lot of money just pay it yourself if they return your account... The problem and reason a lot of companies don't like doing this is because people would go to a free WI-FI spot, login, using another persons credit-card information on their own account gift other friends lots of skins, then claim their account was hacked, so its open to abuse...

The problem obviously with Riot Games is unlike certain sites they do not verification of payments to verify the person actually paying is the account holder, and have no system in place to prevent fraud currently its easy to do.

Although I believe you have the right for information "Regarding the hack" so you could get a lawyer if you could afford it to legally go after the person who actually did this for disclosure of the logs and such, as well as file a police report, although Riot should already be doing this themselves to get the person responsible for account hacks like this, but honestly they should not hold a person responsible "For them not having the proper security" in the first place, that is right im calling Riot out on their security flaw. They did mobile auth, which is cool those who have cellphones, but they should also add "Email Security" which allows players to white list their own IP address as an option for those who don't have a smart-phone, aka 2 factor to prevent account hacking.

This way the persons email, and game information has to be hacked (Not saying this can't be done) because hacking is a lot easier than you think given the fact people are stupid in Real Life, Hacking is more than sitting behind a computer, but social wise, getting to know people, and scouting out the networks and hardware of whom you want to hack, so in theory its possible to do this, but its harder than what commonly happens of phishing and such.
