So erm.. Title says it all, I was gonna play some kha today, and when I logged in, perma suspension.. Checks email, only sees "you got accepted in Alpha!" .... Rip?
Edit: I've sent a ticket & I can get on via league friends, I'm starting to think this is a computer issue lol
Edit 2: Not a computer issue (checked with friends computer). I can login with League Friends for some reason..

Same thing happened to me except it was a 2 week suspension.
You'll have to contact support to get more info. Check your spam folder to make sure it hasn't slipped into there.
Riot gives out perma bans for the behavioral system, though typically you'll need to have had several punishments before this one.
For boosting/account sharing.
For using 3rd party programs that Riot believes could give you an unfair advantage.
And for chargeback issues.
