[GAMEPLAY] UI Flickering every 2-3 seconds or so.

Whenever I start a game, the UI from the loading screen starts to freeze frequently for no reason. It becomes not responding and just literally "clones" itself down in the task bar whenever I try to spam a skill or buy items from the shop. This has literally make the game unplayable. I am using a GTX 660TI
