This Twitch inted in my promo games. However, when I usually report feeders and trolls they never get banned for some reason. I never recieve notifications or anything.
Anyways, this is an oppportunity to prove to me that the reporting system isn't complete garbage. Hopefully the Twitch recieves some kind of punishment.

Zallamance1 votesOther people have stated this, so I'm just going off of second hand information here, but I believe the current system punishes based off of progressed toxicity/reports. So if this Twitch hasn't inted in previous games and gotten reported, and doesn't do so in future games and get reported, then he will not be reprimanded. The system is meant for players that act in a disrespectful way consistently, not once in lets say a year.
Although I may very well be wrong. I suggest looking more into the way the system works if you wan't a more in depth understanding.

Chermorg3 votesThis is incorrect for intentional feeding. One confirmed case of intentional feeding or trolling is an instant 14 day ban, and the next is a permanent ban.

Terozu1 votesThis scene is after he has normal itrms again, he mightve thought he stood a chance or thought there was abother minion to block the stun. Basically, even this gif isnt really proof, one image could be a fluke and chosen out of bias.
What this honestly looks like is he gave up and sold his items to troll, then decided to try anyways but the reselling set him further behind than he thought.
