what is the point of writing under the report schedule if the system is automatic?

I imagine it makes quite the difference if a manual audit is done.
Like if someone is constantly getting reported but the system keeps on clearing them. That would be a red flag for a manual review to see what's going on.
You know, about 3 seconds of reflexion could have answered your question...
if someone gets multiple reports and nothing trips the automatic system, it gets put in for manual review
