One way to get rid of toxicity

We all know it, we all hate it. So, why not deal with it harshly?

My idea is this:

When someone says a phrase like "kys" they get a debuff. Something like 30% slow for 5 min. Or 30% less dmg. If they do it again they get another debuff and so on. If they get to the point where stats are 99% gone then they get a ban when game is over. That way they know right away that they're being toxic and they either choose to not do it, or they choose to be banned.

I would rather just ban them instead of lose games because we nerf their personal stats.

that and from my exp, most toxicity comes from a feeder. so someone feeders hardcore and another flames but the flamer gets punished yet again and the feeder does not.

If such a thing was implemented, players that are aware of the system would just try to bypass it any way they could with clever spelling and spaces.

Instead of "kys" It would be "k.y.s."

There would be no end to the variations.

so it isn´t enough for the 4 other players on the team to have a flamer, but they should also be punished by haveing the system make him more and more useless as the game goes on, prompting that player to feed...
