Questions about being temporarily banned!

So i have a few questions about getting temporarily banned that i know many people are also wondering. Not sure anyone but riot staff would know about this but hoping for the best. 1.) If you get temporarily banned during the preseason, does this affect rewards at the end of the season? 2.) What are the results of getting temporarily banned during the preseason and if the punishments are different then getting temporarily banned during the season, what are the differences.

Ranked rewards will only be affected if you are banned within 3 months of the end of the season, or if you receive an MMR Boosting ban. (unless rules are changed for next season)

Keep in mind that if you have received a 14 day account ban, your next punishment for anything is going to be a permaban. In 3 months the punishment will drop down 1 tier to a 14 day ban again (3 more for 25 chat restrictions, and another 3 back down to the lowest of 10 chat restrictions).

well i've been chat restricted before, in early season 5, but i still ended up with my season rewards because i stopped being an asshole just to get my skin. then got banned shortly after. lol.

but i don't think being banned in the preseason affects anything any different than it would if you got banned any other time. this season as long as you didn't get punished 3 months before ranked finished, you still got your rewards.
