Can a riot staff member please help me.

Dear Riot Staff member who may look upon this, Today, on 3/31/16, i was permanently banned from league of legends on my account due to toxicity. 4 months ago, i was banned for only two weeks due to the same reason. What i am asking in the following letter, is for this to be repealed and for a very good reason. First off, i would like to say that yes, the last game i was toxic, and i am extremely sorry for this. I act this way when the other team is literally harassing me which if you look in the chat logs is very clear. I know that this does not justify anything, but i just feel that this is not fair for me to be banned, and not fair. At the same time, after reading thoroughly the games that you sent me, which is 3 of them, i was only toxic in one of them which you can clearly see if you actually look close at them and not let a robot do this. Secondly, if i was toxic in the last game, i was toxic in 1 game in 4 months in which time i have gotten ZERO reports for toxicity and over 10 honors which i have been keeping track of for a very good reason. The reason is that four months ago when i was indeed banned and told the next punishment will be permanent, i posted a forum asking if there is any way for this to change. I was shown a link to a staff member post who talked about how good behavior will reduce the punishment. And so, for the last four months i have gotten those automatic letters from riot gaming saying how I in fact got THREE other players punished for toxicity and "keeping the community clear from toxic players". In the staff members post, it said that this is qualified as good behavior. Combining that with the several honors i have gotten and zero reports, i do not see how it is viable to permanently ban me. I would like to be unbanned because i play this game, as you can see, almost every day and I truly do love it. So please, if you're not going to unban me, at respond to it and explain this for the future, if you have made it this far, thank you.
