I am getting banned from the internet for pinging

I was recently playing a game on my level 17 account and my mid laner died and I pinged him because I called baron and he ran into a 1v3. He said ping me again so I pinged him again and he said "You are going to be banned from the internet if you ping me again." I thought that was very interesting so I pinged again and he replied "192.169.0.1" and then replied "Thats you IP, want to ping again." I thought this was so hilarious so I felt the need to ping again, and he kept harassing me even though I told him that I am not a retard and I know thats the default routing IP.

LOL, just got him and my next game and he said he created a support ticket for me even though I never said anything. He said he copied the pregame chat log and pasted it, and everything that he pasted is what our top laner said. I guess I should create a ticket for this toxic person?

This isn't what happened at all actually. You were calling people retards and spamming /ff's all game, as well as calling our illaoi retarded and a %%%%%%%%%%%. Why didn't you include that in your thread buddy? Get exposed once again. I love it when people just completely avoid putting their toxicity in the threads.

You don't have to actually create a ticket for anything that is said in a pre- or post- game lobby. All you need to do is report them as normal, and in the additional comments box, type something in along the lines of "see pre-game lobby chat" or "player harassing me in pre-game lobby." The system stores all chat logs, and while it is not shown to players in their Reform Cards, it can be reviewed at any time by Riot.
