Ranked has truned me into a Toxic player

I don't even care about winning anymore. What's the point? The effort I put in learning my champs, playing well, how to macro & cs, etc? Irrelevant. Can easily be thrown away by a single troll and/or bad player. So what exactly is the point in climbing, in trying to do well, etc? What's the point in learning how to play, the nuisances of the game, etc? When ultimately your wins and losses, and therefore your rank, is out of your control.

This game has literally broken me. I play my champs damned well, my roll damned well, but it doesn't even matter. All it takes is one randomly selected player to throw your matches and lose. Fuck this game.

Thats pretty much why i dont play much anymore. Not big on team games. I never really get trolls, but your impact on the team just doesnt seem big enough. If everyone but me gets outplayed, there's nothing I can do about it. I prefer sc2 1v1s where im diamond, not league 5v5s where im silver lol. Its not really a league problem, its just the nature of team games. When you start thinking youre good and taking it seriously, but then you lose 5 in a row even though you performed well, its just like meh, whats the point?

I get what you're trying to say, but at the end of the day, your input is what matters the most when it comes to determining your rank. I used to give 200% every game in order to try and carry my team, but have recently stopped doing so. I play with 100% of my capacity and rely on my teammates way too much, which isn't the best way to climb. Then again, I don't care. I've been playing this game for well over eight years now, and it's safe to say that I've lost quite a bit of interest in it. But, that's not to say I'm blaming my teammates for not allowing me to climb higher. While there are some really bad games out there (they just happen, you can't prevent that), the majority of your games can be determined by your very own input. That's why high elo players often tend to easily grind through lower elo tiers (on their smurfs).

Keep in mind that your enemy team is more likely to have a bad player/troll. After all, you're playing with 4 strangers (you're filling the last spot), whereas the enemy team has 5 of them. Statistically, you should be at an advantage.

I feel the same from time to time :/ Especially in this season where the game is dumbed down to the point where even high golds dont know the fundementals of the game, While I spent earlier seasons reading guides and grinding games while trying to apply things I learned. And worst part is that im a support main, so me being able to climb depends on how my other laners are doing.

Just played a game where my support and ADC(Panth) stole my lane and immediately started trolling. I'm done.

Teammates completely ignore towers, 20 minutes in ALL enemy outer towers still stand untouched. Teammates call me a noob for suggesting they STOP chasing kills and focus on towers (by this point the enemy team is already working on our base towers. I tell them they are going to lose because they are ignoring Objectives. Team responds "Who is ignoring objectives?"

Lets see: -No enemy towers even slightly damaged (team too busy abandoning lane to chase kills) -no dragons captured -No herald -no baron

and they tell me I am the stupid one for suggesting the only way to win is to destroy towers to get to the nexus. And people wonder why I made a troll account. People dont want to win, just want to brag "got more kills than u"

But nah, I am just a salty noob who doesnt know how to play....because "you win by killing the enemy" and "you need kills to win" according to my teammates who use "its just a game" to dismiss any critical opinion.

Riot doesnt care about making your matchmaking experience any better. Its been like this for years. Stop playing this terrible game. The only thing they care about is the next skin they are going to try and sell you.
