What are things that can get me permabanned?

I don't do anything against TOS or anything like that. No hacking, scripting, ddosing. It's a bit of a fear, but I don't want to wake up the next morning and get a notification saying that I can no longer play league on my main account or in general.

  1. Secure your account. If you get hacked and someone uses your account to break the rules, you may be held liable for their actions.
  2. Don't be toxic. Excessive toxicity may escalate your punishment tier straight into a permanent suspension. Otherwise, you'll rise through chat restrictions, a two-week suspension, into a permanent suspension.
  3. Don't script or use a computer that has scripting software. Secure your computer.
  4. Follow the rest of the Terms of Use and Summoner's Code; this includes avoiding trolling, retaliation, etc.
  • Not a complete list. Just use your best judgement and don't create a bad experience for other players.

I've never been unjustly banned. I can promise you that unless you say something really negative and do it consistently you won't be in danger. Talking in chat never gets me banned anymore and I get mad at people. Just watch what you say, act as if you're talking to them as a person, and you'll be safe Also, retaliating is the NUMBER 1 REASON PEOPLE FEEL AS IF THEY WERE UNJUSTLY BANNED. That's a big thing to note.

Aside from those, don't be a dick and you won't get banned.

Just don't be a dick. Treat your teammates like they're actual real life human beings and you should be fine.

If you're not sure you can say something ask yourself this: If I was standing next to a stranger holding a hot cup of coffee would I still say this? Would I appreciate a stranger saying this to me?

Calling an 0/10 troll on your team "bad".

talking in chat is the fastest way to get unjustly ban doesn't matter what you say if someone even misreads something you said and gets offended they'll ban you

Literally almost anything you say in in-game chat is bannable offense.

Sarcasm Banter with the enemy team Banter with your own team Curse words Cursing yourself out for being bad Talking trash about a champion (not a player specifically, just making jokes about a champion playing)

It's an automated A.I. system for chat toxicity detection, so it's pretty stupid in how it "detects toxicity".
