Try reading the forum rules. Name and shame is a no-no. Noble intentions or not, breaking the rules is breaking the rules.
They will if it's harassment, spam, offensive or the wrong board and you get reported for it.[slayer-jinx-wink]

Why would they? I've been ruining players experiences in game for the past year. Im still here. They will never ban me, nor will they ever ban the player you've proven. Riot doesn't care.
