So does Riot intend to do anything about the premade "friends" blatantly boosting their "friends" out of high bronze - low silver? Or is boosting now an ok thing to do and I should start charging people?

I'm just wondering since Riot hasn't really been vocal about this so I'm assuming they're fine with it.

account sharing is a permaban offense

"boosting" through dynamic queue is allowed.

They can't tell the difference between people who claim be a higher rank than they're account is. Plus friends still want to play with friends despite ranks sometimes.
