i had a post earlier about a 2 guys harassing me because im autistic im wondering if playing league and being autistic bannable

No it's not, why should it? As long as you don't harm anyone it's all fine.
Jokes on them, harassing you because you're autistic is in fact a bannable offense, so yeah, open up a ticket, send it to the player support, drink tea, be happy when you get the notification "a player you reported got punished".
when i do it usually stops 9 times out of 10
