I am soon leaving to my dorm and will take a different computer there to play league, and on the weekends I will come back home and use the computer here at home to play league.
Will I get banned since the ip addresses will be different and be seen as account sharing?
Riot realizes people change IP's and locations for many legitimate reasons, so they do not ban people for account sharing based just on that.

I've visited a friend from another country and played not only from his network but from one of his own computers he usually plays LoL on without any problems.
I think you'll be fine if all that changes is your ip address and your computer.
