The aram match I am starting right this moment, the Corki just threatened to intent troll unless I trade him Teemo. I declined, but do feel punishments for ARAM players that try to bully trades then ruin games should be escalated much faster than other punishments because of the nature of ARAM itself and the special kind of person it takes to do that in this mode.
It's just an unfortunate part of the game - the place is full of bloated assholes who keep thinking they can get their way. Just say no, let them feed, and then report them. Eventually, they'll get banned. And if they do feed, most opponents will report them too.

He did not, but I have had many instances where people threaten to and then do troll via builds, intent feeding, baiting and calling plays then running and spamming laugh... ect. Just threatening another player to make them do as you will or you will Troll is toxic by League standards. Period.
Sometimes when you have a minimal reply to these threats, the would be troll loses its wind because it's not getting attention. Other times, there's no hope.
