How come my account got stolen when I gave my password out

I played with some guy in ranked, very salty, he kept calling our lucian and ekko the N word, then at the end he said he would give me a skin, so I gave him my password as a joke, but why is my account stolen now? Shouldn't there be some way that makes you conform if your the real user?

Is your username the same as your summoner name? And even then he can contact support, be like "I forgot my username, here's my password" boom.

There is a way to confirm if you are the real user.

We call it a password.

I gave my password to the same guy! It's ok because all I had to do was give more personal information. He did end up getting me a code for Riot Girl Tristana though!! Legacy Skin!!!
