I'm comparing both your posts and honestly, all Van was doing was pointing out your behavior here which reflects your attitude in-game. Besides, I and other people have read your chat. Certainly warrants a punishment. Just a simple one that goes from one tier to the next.

Do not place words into my mouth. You took two different things I said and decided to combine them.

With the past 25 games comment I was explaining why this game from 2 and a half weeks ago may have gotten pulled.

As far as the negativity, yes, that is what I pull from the two chat logs that have been provided. Now before I can potentially explain with more detail, would need some information.

For example, was this a 10 game chat restrict. 25 game, or a 14 day ban? While I wait for that information let me back track to the recent game thing. So, to my understanding, they only pull logs from more recent games, like the 25 number I provided. However, that does not mean one has not been reported for other games. They even give occasional freebies for a bad game (unless already on punishment ladder or breaching zero tolerance).

Since you want to do math, lets go ahead and look at this. You play 100 games and get reported in, lets use 10% (remember, you have to display a habit of the behavior.), so 10 games you have been reported in. The first few are spread 8 are spread out enough nothing really comes form it. The final 2 are closer and with 10 games being report for the same behavior, the system has determined it as a habit. Perhaps it was only 10 games, but that means you have potentially ruined 40-90 other players experience (pending if use /all.) Even if what you were saying was only directed to one player each time, the rest of the team still had to deal with it as well.

There is a saying "You can do 9 great things, but that 1 bad thing is what people will remember of you." I'm not denying you may have received a great many of honor. I am simply pointing out where I believe the faults are with these logs.

Side note, avoid calling someone "kid". You have no idea if someone is older or younger than you. Don't assume you know if someone doesn't have to deal with really pissed off people. Don't tell someone they need to grow up if they are trying to have a civil discussion with you. And no, I'm not even calling or classifying you as a degenerate. All I said, was this isn't how a gamer should act, but a child who isn't getting their way.
