So just a quick q, why are players still allowed to be toxic without punishment?? Why are players still allowed to say 'kys' 'ez' 'trash' etc.? And for the people saying 'just mute' unfortunately you can't mute in post game screen. Nice on riot

They aren't? A quick look through the board you literally posted this thread on would show you that people are punished for toxicity quite frequently.
Riot is also working on pre/post game mute when the new client is finished.
