How do I report someone if they said they would troll in champ select but I dodged?

So someone said they would troll and took Rengar support how would I report this? I dodged so I cant report after the game. I screenshotted the chat. Don't mean to sound like a snitch but I am tired of this constantly every game in low elo.

your best bet is to take screen shots or record it and send it into riot...

The only thing you could do is screenshot and send to riot support as has been suggested since it is a threat.

You mean, somebody said will play Trundle ? You can't report anyone for playing a troll.
