There are known cases where incompetent support was overriden by a huge outrage on the boards, motivating Riot employees to take another look and address it. So while

is technically right(not a blatant lie), it is unforgivably misleading.

I miss old Tribunal. I'd actually read it from time and time and people would say the funniest shit that today would get them suspended or chat-restricted.
