Every game I get a Lee or Vel main, they spam their mastery after each kill they get and Lee ones BM with laugh and dance after they use their mobility to get away. Can muting make emotes muted too? Just annoying seeing an Lee Sin kid spamming his mastery all over the rift.

I believe muting someone makes it so you can't see their mastery.
muting does mute emotes and such.
also i think it's stupid to stereotype a main because of a couple of people that you met that happened to have mastery on that champion
