Every game I get a Lee or Vel main, they spam their mastery after each kill they get and Lee ones BM with laugh and dance after they use their mobility to get away. Can muting make emotes muted too? Just annoying seeing an Lee Sin kid spamming his mastery all over the rift.

Yeah, I want to get into velkoz but for some weird reason I always get terrible/losing matchups with him (like into talon, or into viktor). Also, velkoz/GP is another pretty fun bot lane pair if you can time your stuff correctly. Had one of my friends pull it out once, where I'd use velkoz's w to "protect" the barrels from being attacked, only for him to chain them in the enemy's face and do like 50% of their hp bar.
