Why Reported?

Please start banning those who say reported in chat.They do that to harass you because if they want to report you they can do it after the game.There is no need to say that.Also asking for enemy team to report you is ok?I was in a situation when I was winning my lane by far but also had an argument with one of my teammates,he said to /all report him and the midlaner whom I was crushing of course said yes because he was mad of me beating him... Also report in Aram?for not knowing a champion?Really ?there is no such category?Then why there is it that in 5 out of 10 games that you loose your team mates say report the weakest one?Report for what?Report should only be for harasment and flaming and someone saying you are reported falls in that catergory.All the times that flaming starts is because someone says reported to another one.If you give the power and freedom to the rednecks that play the game to abuse it ,well this happens.
