leaving champion select - ban - waiting time
rito pls if someone leave champion select make that he need to wait more not just 5 min ...all that picks all that bans and at the and someone just leave cmon .. over and over

tell that to all the people who have had to dodge due to a troll
I think 5 minutes is fair, that's more time then the average dynamic queue takes. but I think it should stack if you repeatedly dodge.

2 dodges in a row is 10 minutes. 3 dodges in a row is 20 minutes. 4 dodges in a row is 1 day queuerestrict.
it would stop actual dodgetrollers from continuous dodging.
