BAN!? ( good system or not ) ?
Most of players wait 5 games for 20 min if they make some penalty but .. Dont u think ist better that u ban them like for 2,3 hours ?
Bcs they will leave again , they wil ltroll again .. same and same .

2-3 hours won't stop them from doing that. Only an actual ban will. If a 2-week ban won't work then they'll just get permabanned. If they try to troll again on their other accounts then they'll just keep getting banned over and over and over again until they actually stop trolling or they just straight up leave the game.
Yeah but there are times you have to dodge ( Obvious trolling in champ select ) such as 4supports 1 adc
ive had to sit through these queues
and its pretty lame
to wait 20 minutes before playing an already time consuming game as it is
sometimes real life happens
and you cant dedicate an hour every time you wanna play a game of league
and youre saying the AFK queue should be raised to 5 different times of waiting 2 hours

There is a problem with that idea:
if the punishments get way to severe people will simply start new accounts if they get the bans, therefore spreading their salt to new players. with an online free game the only option is to be strict enough to make them feel punished without getting them to simply yell FUCK IT and start screwing on a new account.
permabans are an exception to that rule, but you need to go pretty fucking far in order to be permabanned.
