Creating a new account and reforming.

I was perma'd for toxicity. I need to know if riot would ban a new account a made if they were able to figure out it was me because I don't want to spend money on an account to have some of my favorite skins back just so riot can ban it even if my behavior has improved. I have seen people say you can spend rp on a new account after ban, but the terms of use says riot can ban any accounts you make after you have one terminated. Does anyone know if riot follows this rule strictly if at all?

not unless you're indefinitely banned

Your new account will NOT be affected by any past punishments from your previous accounts, so you're allowed to start off fresh.

Unless if you're a dick & get yourself banned 23 times til Riot decides to indefinitely ban you, then yes, your future accounts will get affected.

Unless you manage to get yourself banned repeatedly and generally make a black name for yourself, like certain ex-streamers, you should be fine.

I've been banned for a little under a year and it was for a good reason. I was firing the "N" bomb left and right. I had 2 warnings and then a ban. Which is when I realized Riot doesn't screw around with offensive behavior. It took me a couple weeks to realize that I was the bad guy and that it's not okay to say words like that to other people. I made a ticket with a sincere apology. I had to do something, after all this was a $800+ account. I said to myself if I ever get my account back that I would be the one to tell other people to be kind to others, warn them of what happened to me.

I received a reply a few days later from what was far from a sympathetic response. Bottom line is be respectful to others.
