getting trash for teams

we all know matchmaking doesn't exist it just tries to fuck you over if you do any kind of good. You get people who know NOTHING about this game, who try new champs or runes or builds without knowing shit. You have people who buy trinkets and then never use them. People who dont group who roam and not for kills but to chase what they think will become a kill only to arrive too late because they started too late. I'm tired of getting afks who don't get punished people who just fuck around its a game it should be fun. Yeah but not just for you you piece of worthless fucking shit.

Not hard to fix all this shit.

Afks should have escalating bans on the first offense. 1 day ban at least from ranked. Double it every time. Once your ban is over go a week without afking you'll drop a tier. Don't well sucks for you get better net before joining ranked. Your real life is not relevant to the 4 people you fuck over cause your wife went into labor. If she was that pregnant shoulda stuck to normals. Besides that's a rare event that will likely take you a few days to get settled for. I don't think a full day ban will matter to you.

Develop better troll detection someone buys a bunch of redundant shit and they are lv 30 ban them. No mercy even for jokes in a ranked game you play your best and to win. Remove the ability to ban highlighted champs on your own team. Make it so if you run it down mid you are instantly banned mid game. Make people who spam surrender every time they can get banned from ranked for a day. Not escalating they clearly need a break.

Stop punishing people for a few offenses. If you don't have a 30 percent of your game MINIMUM of being toxic EXCLUDING EXTREMES like where EVERYTHING you say is an insult or hate speech AT ALL, then no punishment. I think it is far past time society grew the fuck up. Yes your feelings matter but your perception of my words does not. It is your burden to ask for clarity instead assuming everyone's out to get you. Quit being a toddler bitch. Actually calling half this community toddlers would be insulting to toddlers, the average infant cries less.

If you haven't played a champ in awhile it should be unavailable in ranked. you should have to play a match in normals with that champ for each day you have gone without playing it to a cap of ten games. Pain in the ass? YES. Necessary to stop bullshit? absolutely.

big change to runes on a specific champ should require 1 standard game of testing before you can play as that champ with those runes.

Its long past time the bullshit was addressed.

Other people are not the problem. You are the problem. Just from this post, you are extremely negative.

You get matched with people with similar mmr to you. You get matched with shitters? Maybe you're a shitter, too.

Guess what? This is, first and foremost, a game. Why cry over the game? You are the one being immature here, by calling people babies.

AFK people are in fact punished, just by a different system.

But matchmaking isnt out to get you, you just gotta improve enough to carry the game yourself.

If nobody on your team is grouping as youre saying, then why not pick up splitpushing duelists like fiora, tryndamere, jax, or maybe even yorick?

All 3 are excellent at taking towers, and can easily 1v2 because they have to send multiple teamembers to try and fight you.

But i have to ask, if they are acting brainless, are you actually taking command? I dont just mean pinging an objective once in a while, i mean like telling suggesting that they sell x in favor of y for z reason, and just try and dictate the flow of the game by typing clear, consise orders like "ok vayne immediatley after you clear out that wave, take nami and zed to drag, but DONT clear its vision, so me and jax can sneak in a baron. If they engage, yield immediately"

Edit: As a sidenote though if youre looking to spur genuine conversation, remove the hate from your OP, or people will just assume your salty and decide its not worth commenting [sg-ahri-2]

As per request, I'm going to give a thorough response. If any y'all have reading glasses, now'd be the time to put them on.

Also: I'm going to respond to my own comments to fully discuss this, so, this'll be Part 1, focusing mostly on the first paragraph. I'll hopefully be able to tackle more paragraphs in the other parts, but, yeah.

First - your title tells me plenty about you already. Very likely stuck in the lower averages of MMR, and very, very opinionated about your teammates. Negatively opinionated, but still. Good to know going in.

we all know matchmaking doesn't exist

Uh......What? If matchmaking didn't exist, we wouldn't even be able to play the game as a whole. Unless of course you're talking about MatchMaking Rating (or MMR for short), in which case...How, exactly, would you even know?

For those who need a quick brush-up, MMR (Matchmaking Rating) is a behind-the-scenes score tied to your personal skill level that determines which players you get put up with/against. Players who perform well overall will be placed in matches with players who are equally skilled, whereas players who perform poorly overall will be placed similarly with other underperformers, allowing for fair matches.

However, one's MMR can fluctuate, increase, or decrease with varying factors, so, the more skilled you become, the more you win, the higher your MMR - and so on.

it just tries to fuck you over if you do any kind of good.

And this is kind of what that entails, actually? You win matches ("do any kind of good"), increase in MMR, and consequently face tougher opponents that (theoretically) match your skill level. The better you do, the more difficult it gets.

You get people who know NOTHING about this game,

Wrong. You get players of roughly equal skill level - they know just about as much of the game as you do. (unless you're smurfing/running on an alt, but that's just what you sign up for with that.)

who try new champs or runes or builds without knowing shit.

Odds are, you're overexaggerating here. While it's a given that there's going to be some number of unknowns when trying out something new, the people playing very likely know enough to make an educated guess as to how things will play out.

Most Champions have a fairly stable skill curve (with some exceptions, like Riven, Evelynn, etc.), and they have plenty of time to formulate their Rune Page before/between games. As for Item builds - they have some pretty clear information about items, and can generally figure their way through their item build.

And, trying new builds isn't terrible. I've tried a few new (to me, anyway) builds lately - Duskblade on Vayne (didn't pan out like I hoped it would), Runic Echoes+Assassin build on Shaco (needs further testing, seems good though), and, hell! Something I found to be incredibly good through trying new shit without knowing exactly where it'd end up is Dark Harvest on Jhin.

(And, for those wanting to try out a late-game Jhin build, Massacre Artist Jhin is amazing, bug me in-client if you want to hear about it.)

You have people who buy trinkets and then never use them. People who dont group who roam and not for kills but to chase what they think will become a kill only to arrive too late because they started too late.

There's a lot to this. For one, people in your MMR could be generally uninitiated in macro-scale play (vision, roaming, etc.), and generally focus more on micro-scale play (mechanics, matchups, etc.). Trinkets in general can be pretty difficult to acclimate to (particularly Oracle Alteration or Sweeping Lens), and without any real incentive to do so, those focused on micro-play may just stick to micro-play.

And, there isn't really a whole lot of ways to introduce players to macro-play, and the only suggestion I could really think of is to suggest players try out the Jungle role. Even still, though, people may not voluntarily do so, whether it's because there's too much pressure on the Jungle role (one of my major reasons for avoiding it 'til I think last year), or because they're more comfortable playing in another role.

All-in-all, you really shouldn't be griping about players being bad at macro-play. Some people will just focus on micro, and some may even be pretty bad at macro but working on it.

I'm tired of getting afks who don't get punished

AFK'ers do get punished, though.

people who just fuck around its a game it should be fun.

  1. The way you write out your sentences is very, very weird.
  2. Define "fucking around"?

There's always a bit of room for fucking around in some matches. Whether it's just running amok farming in the late game of a decisive stomp, or hanging back to let minions take the enemy Nexus instead.

You have to better define what you mean by "fucking around", because there is a difference between having some light-hearted fun and trolling.

Yeah but not just for you you piece of worthless fucking shit.

Extremely unnecessary to add. They're not worthless just because you don't like how they're acting, and you're just tacking on extra toxicity to an (otherwise) misguided/misinformed rant.

'Kay, that's Part 1, moving on to Part 2.
