Toxicity is apart of video games you should not be punished for flaming a teammate

Maybe if flamers wouldn't get banned then there would be less babies in the league community crying report after being called bad its really sad then riot comes to their aid and bans the "flamer" after that child just intentionally fed. League of Legends is just a digital day care for snowflakes, You don't see people crying report on cod for being mad fun of or sht talked because they understand its just a game. On the other hand league players will apply this if i cry I will get this mentality to real life the reason we have so many rtadrefsafiajg liberals.

The use of the words "Snowflakes" and "liberals" automatically invalidates your argument.

People do not intentionally feed because they want you to call them names, unless of course they are trying to get you banned, which would make them not snowflakey, but manipulative. Generally you call them names first and then they intentionally feed.

Also I'd give you 100 dollars in RP if you literally got banned for saying the words "You're bad" one time.

As for real life, you don't see people in civilized, economically rich areas calling each other racial slurs and telling them to kill themselves.

Toxicity is apart of video games...

Yeah, sure. And stabbing people in the kidneys is a part of Soccer.

On what grounds do you make the claim that toxicity is an inherent part of videogames? Because, as far as I'm concerned, there is literally no valid basis for that claim.

Videogames are made for entertainment; toxicity is not entertainment. Some games (old arcade games in particular) were designed to give the player difficulty and keep them giving quarters. Again, toxicity not inherent; just difficulty. Competitive games are meant to bring competition to players through the medium of videogames.

And as for competition, it would be more accurate to say that togetherness/comraderie, skill-displaying, and overall engagement with others are more inherent, core factors of competition than toxicity. Toxicity is literally only the result of having the expectation of decency and respect; some people just do not show that respect.

Maybe if flamers wouldn't get banned then there would be less babies in the league community crying report after being called bad...

If I'm getting this right...Banning flamers leads to more people crying report...So......Are the banned flamers the ones crying report?

League of Legends is just a digital day care for snowflakes...

Calling people snowflakes is a pretty good way to quickly invalidate any point you make.

You don't see people crying report on cod for being mad fun of or sht talked because they understand its just a game.

Or maybe they just take toxicity as the expectation going into Call of Duty, knowing that the game has a reputation for being a toxic cesspit? Beyond that, like Imperial Pandaa explained, CoD is a completely different genre of game with a different bar to entry than League. If you really want to make a comparison of games, use similar games.

Heroes of the Storm, DOTA 2, and SMITE, just as examples.

On the other hand league players will apply this if i cry I will get this mentality to real life the reason we have so many rtadrefsafiajg liberals.

...This sentence makes zero sense. It's just word salad.

Also; do keep your politics to yourself. This is a board for discussing a videogame, not your disagreements with political parties.

Hmm. That comparison doesn't really work.

CoD: Costs money to be able to play. Voice chat for communication. Ability to join and leave games without penalty. FPS

LoL: Free to play. Text based communication. (Minus pings and premade) Stuck in game or face penalty. MOBA

Try with more similar styled games.

Maybe if you'd learn to control your behavior instead of acting worse than a 6 year old, you wouldn't be one of the legions of the miserable blaming everything on everyone but yourself.

if you combat toxicity by being toxic yourself then you need to grow a thicker skin

Maybe you are the snowflake in here, crying over a video game. You know, i and most people that play lol are not as sensitive as to be insulted by a random crybaby. On the other hand we dont want the aforementioned crybaby ruin our fun. We play to have fun, not dealing with insults and cries.

I mean, Slavery was 'a part of the United States' for decades, racism has been a part of many cultures for centuries, and religious hatred have been a part of mankind's culture for millennia.

None of those are things we should be accepting either.
