Also, pre- and post-game chat IS looked at. Report them for negative attitude and say what they did in the box.

What really is irritating is another person on your team telling you to adhere to his way of playing. Pretty sure I have gotten someone on this for griefing though because RIOT can watch the replay. When you report them, make sure and explain that to them in the comments section of your report.
