Today I have had:

Shaco picked into 3 tanks Vladamir 1v2ing all game..all the way to 5/14 An ali get tilted off one death, who then proceeds to feed a Xin jg who refused to build health/defenses..and e'd his way to 5/10 a Janna who informs us "I have to go in 30 minutes." "idk I don't own many champs" and for the bread and butter of the night. a 1/9 Caitlyn who chose bot primary, and has zero game knowledge but yet ques up for ranked.

How are players not just banned from ranked the when they have more then 10 deaths and negative KDA? Make them normal draft until they improve. Just like punishments for "toxic" players they more then anyone should be kept out of ranked.

Nah nothing to do with his opponents. Shaco is useless by himself and needs his singed top cass mid twitch adc and teemo supp to summon Toxicodia the forbidden one.
