It's not hard to tell why this game has the most toxic community of all

Death sentence doesn't deter crime so why do you think punishing anyone who displays the slightest bit of negativity will deter flaming and toxicity? A five year old would be able to come up with better solutions to make people improve their attitudes. Anyone who gets permanently banned, will just create a new account and continue what they're doing.

You don't need to be a genius to realize that trying to enforce angel-like behavior is never going to work.

Humans are the creatures playing this game, humans get happy. Humans get nervous. Humans get upset. Humans get angry. Humans are positive and negative. You can't create a game for humans with the intention of keeping the negative aspects of the human mind out of it. It's like saying play the game, but make sure you left half your conscience out the door before you do. It's basic psychology, it doesn't work like that.

But then everyones different, some are more prone to agression than others. You can't judge others simply because their brains are wired differently from yours, just cause you can keep calm at all times (which you definitely can't) you can't expect others do the same. It's like homophobia all over again and it's repulsive.

Humans are also capable of self control.

I agree, they can be a little too strict, like one of my friends got a warning for saying "Yasuo's fucking braindead"

and he got in trouble but I didn't when I said it before, which I don't get in the slightest.

I get where you're coming from sir. Don't want to punish people for being people. I also sympathize from Riot's standpoint, though. They have a pretty clear standard that they expect players to live up to, and that we agree to.

It also kind of sounds like you're saying that the second a player starts cussing they get a perma-ban. Except for extreme cases, that just about never happens. Players typically receive multiple warning penalties before a perma-ban would ever be considered.

You gotta remember only 5% are worthy of a chat restriction or more.
