Punishment system needs to be harsher

And that is coming from someone with a perma banned account and just came off a 2 week suspension. Seriously, I had the worst luck with teammates yesterday in ranked. Three games in a row, I had teammates who just would not stop typing to each other if their life depended on it. 2 of the 3 were so dang winnable if they had just... not typed. I know I am being a hypocrite here but I never typed unless game was for sure over and team just kept bickering to me; hence, the perma ban and 2 week susp on new acc. I feel if you supply enough evidence in a ticket to Riot Support, a punishment should be "garen-teed". Easier to get punished, but lighter punishments maybe. The "mute, report, and move on" rule just doesn't work. You still lose your sanity along with your LP. IMAGINE running it down and holding your team hostage until the kid who "offended" you apologized? Who asks for an apology in a video game? How inflated are these egos dude? A bit a rant mixed in with this suggestion. If you lose a game, it should be because your team just got outplayed, not because they would rather type than play out the WINNABLE game.
