So if you end the season honor 1 checkpoint 3/3, do you think Riot will make an exception and give you rewards if you ask nicely?

Riot has to draw the line somewhere. If you're not honor 2 by Nov. 12th. Then you will get no rewards. That being said, I would take Jo0o's advice and keep trying at it.
