I logged on and got a message that said I made it back to honor 2. First thoughts were "wish I got this yesterday :/ I would've gotten my rewards :(((" but I wasn't sure if it was because of honor reset or that I just ranked up? Anyone else?

I've actually got some good news for you! Anyone who was below Honor level 2 by the end of the season aren’t able to earn rewards. Cases of cheating and MMR boosting are also stripped of rewards. You can find the announcement here. You can still earn rewards on this account for future seasons, but the same rules will apply.
However, as a one time only for the 2018 season. If you are honor 1 or 0 when the season ends, have only been chat restricted, and have not been cheating or MMR boosting, you have a one time chance to reach honor 2 by February 11, 2019 on the same server you were gold in. If you are able to do so, we will be doing a re-grant of end of season rewards for everyone who reforms.

If this was your first time logging in since Nov 12, you might actually be eligible for season rewards regardless of the extension for chat restricted players. You got the notification when you logged in, but your account may actually have earned the level up before the deadline. You just wouldn't have been notified if you were offline, so you'd only hear about it now.
Nothing seems to have reset... I think something is wrong.... all back to bronze
